Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the chef4chef platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through chef4chef.ca or mobile applications.

Your use of chef4chef constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

chef4chef is a managed marketplace connecting clients who require culinary services with independent verified professional chefs.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, chef4chef does not directly employ chefs as W-2 employees, but rather operates as an technology and administrative intermediary platform.

Account creation requires valid email, phone, and identity information. Users are strictly responsible for all activities occurring under their user account.

You agree to notify chef4chef immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

Clients are required to provide accurate event parameters (location, guest count, dietary restrictions, equipment). Safe working kitchen conditions must be provided for the chef.

Chefs must maintain valid food safety certifications, complete background verification, and uphold high professional standards during assignments.

A booking is legally binding once chef acceptance and required platform/service payments are authorized.

Refer to our Payment Policy for complete details regarding accepted payment methods, PCI-DSS security, and payout schedules.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled booking date receive an 80% refund. Less than 24 hours notice may forfeit refunds subject to admin review.
